“KinFolk Library – Youth Social Coffee with an impact on the prevention of youth crime in the city of Durres” and “Social Craft Garage – Saranda”, the winning projects of the Fourth Call for Project Proposals of the sub-grant scheme of the CAUSE project – The Use of Confiscated Properties for Social Entrepreneurship is attached to KeBunono !, Social Confectionery in Fier, as the first three initiatives of its kind in the country and in the region.
Through the grant received from CAUSE and the loan agreement with the Agency for the Administration of Sequestered and Confiscated Assets, the implementing organizations Albanian Education Foundation in partnership with the Center for Civil Society Development (CSDC) Durrës and the Institute for Migration, Development and Integration will work to create a sustainable model of social entrepreneurship in a property confiscated from organized crime, for a period of at least 5 years.
