Mission

The Inter-Institutional Advisory Committee of Experts on Measures Against Organized Crime has been established and functions, pursuant to Law No. 10192, dated 03.12.2009 “On the prevention and suppression of organized crime, trafficking, corruption and other crimes, through preventive measures against property”, as amended.

The mission of this committee is to oversee the administration of seized and confiscated assets by the Agency, as well as to make decisions on the effective use of assets and revenues within the state budget, including the decision on the payment of the Agency’s operating expenses.
