The Agency for the Administration of Seized and Confiscated Assets is the institution responsible for the administration and/or use of assets seized by decision issued by the justice system bodies or administrative bodies, administration and/or use of confiscated assets, as well as the preservation of material evidence or their administration, according to the provisions of the legislation in force.
