The Agency for the Administration of Sequestered and Confiscated Assets (AAPSK) has published two new catalogs, which contain detailed information on movable assets seized and confiscated, mainly vehicles, but also other means.
The publication comes in the wake of the Agency’s efforts for a complete inventory of seized and confiscated properties, as well as to make them fully transparent for interested persons and the general public.
Previously, AAPSK has published two catalogs for immovable assets, properties, houses, buildings, land, garages, dividing them by categories, seized and confiscated.
Through these catalogs, AAPSK aims to increase transparency and public access to assets under its administration, in accordance with the mission to strengthen the rule of law and effectively manage seized and confiscated assets.
The catalogs recently published on the official APPSK website provide a complete description of the vehicles, including data such as the make and model of the vehicle, its current condition, the assessment referred to the court decision, as well as the legal status (seized/confiscated).
The publication of these catalogs aims to serve as a reference source for relevant institutions, interested parties, as well as the general public.
