On November 20, 2025, the Agency for the Administration of Seized and Confiscated Assets in cooperation with GIZ will conduct a thematic training on:

“Business Companies and Registrations in the Central Bank”

The training will be led by Mr. Julian Saraçi, Legal Auditor, Managing Partner at Blackmont Strategies and Independent Consultant at PKF Albania.
It aims to strengthen the legal and administrative capacities of law enforcement institutions, with a particular focus on:

Law No. 9901 “On Entrepreneurship and Business Companies”
Registration and representation procedures in the Central Bank
Administration of companies under seizure/confiscation
Practice, concrete cases and corporate governance

This activity is part of the AAPSK inter-institutional cooperation program, with the aim of increasing professionalism and standards in the administration of seized and confiscated assets.
